Dr. Carey’s breadth of experience includes a comprehensive range of surgical techniques for prostate, bladder and kidney cancers, nephrolithiasis, pelvic floor prolapse, urinary incontinence and all other urologic malignancies or conditions. Fellowship-trained in endourology, laparoscopy and robotic surgery, his career spans four decades of research, teaching, and surgical innovation in both academic and private practice settings in the United States and Europe.
His practice and specialty focus include:
- Surgery, including robotics, and management of prostate, bladder, and kidney cancers
- Management of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), elevated PSA levels, as well as erectile dysfunction
- Medical management of metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer
