Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is welcoming a new obstetrics and gynecology specialist to the health system’s First Physicians Group (FPG) network.
Eduardo Aguin, MD, is now accepting patients at the FPG’s OB/GYN practice at the Venice Medical Office Building, along with Anthony Canino, MD, and Angela Marshall, MD.
Dr. Aguin treats a variety of obstetrical and gynecological concerns, including pregnancy, childbirth, hysterectomy and tubal ligation procedures as wells as preventative care, such as pelvic exams, pap smears and biopsies. Dr. Aguin is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Dr. Aguin received his medical degree from the Universidad de Carabobo, Valencia, Venezuela. He then completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He practiced at Premier OBGYN in Bradenton, and was an attending OBGYN at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center.
