Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is welcoming a new internal medicine physician and a new family practice physician to our First Physicians Group (FPG) provider network and community this month.
Raymond Steele, DO, is joining FPG Internal Medicine and Family Practice at Lakeside Medical Group in Venice, where he will see patients alongside Dana Chaykin-Glover, DO; Jeffrey Glover, DO; and James Rodgers, DO. An internal medicine specialist, Dr. Steele will provide comprehensive patient care, including routine check-ups, flu shots, immunizations and wellness exams, as well as ongoing care for such chronic conditions as dementia, asthma, COPD, diabetes and heart failure, and lifestyle changes like family planning. Dr. Steele graduated Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Fla., in 2017 and completed his residency at Manatee Memorial Hospital earlier this year.
Seth Wilson, MD, joins the FPG Internal Medicine/Pediatrics and Family Practice office at University Parkway, where he will see patients alongside Paul Montoya, MD; Carlos F. Rodriguez, MD; Enas Sallam, MD; Bryce Somer, MD; and Nicholas Sutera, MD. As a family practice specialist, Dr. Wilson treats patients of all ages for a wide variety of healthcare needs — from ongoing treatment for arthritis, diabetes, heart disease and osteoporosis, to routine preventative care and lifestyle changes such as weight management and smoking cessation. Dr. Wilson received his medical degree in 2017 from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, where he also completed his internship and residency in 2020.
