RxInform is a secure, web-based application designed to aid patients with a secure notification system that sends a text message notification to your phone when your providers write electronic prescriptions.
When you receive a text message from RxInform, you will need to tap the link provided to sign into the HIPAA-Compliant website to see your prescription details.
When you tap the link, RxInform will provide the following:
- Patient Education for the prescribed medication
- Copay or Discount cards if the prescribed drug is eligible
- The ability for patients to schedule pickup reminders
You will receive text messages from RxInform between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm, matching your current time zone.
