RxInform

RxInform is a secure, web-based application designed to aid patients with a secure notification system that sends a text message notification to your phone when your providers write electronic prescriptions.

When you receive a text message from RxInform, you will need to tap the link provided to sign into the HIPAA-Compliant website to see your prescription details.

When you tap the link, RxInform will provide the following:

Patient Education for the prescribed medication
Copay or Discount cards if the prescribed drug is eligible
The ability for patients to schedule pickup reminders

You will receive text messages from RxInform between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm, matching your current time zone.

You can opt out of this service from the text message where you receive the prescription details link.

Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact Sarasota Memorial Health Care System Public Relations Offices by phone or in writing:
