Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is welcoming a new plastic and reconstructive surgeon to the health system’s First Physicians Group (FPG) network.
Jerette Schultz, MD, is now accepting patients at FPG’s Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Waldemere Medical Plaza. Dr. Schultz will be working alongside Dr. Kenneth Leong.
Dr. Schultz is fellowship trained in microsurgery. She performs a wide variety of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures. Dr. Schultz specializes in reconstructive microsurgery, autologous and implant-based breast reconstruction, skin cancer removal and reconstruction, extremity reconstruction and cosmetic surgery of the breast and body.
Dr. Schultz received her medical degree from the University of Central Florida College of Medicine in Orlando, Florida. She completed her internship and residency at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey and her fellowship at New York University Langone Health in New York city.
