Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is welcoming a new internal medicine doctor to the health system’s First Physicians Group (FPG) network this week.
Kayla Rapp, DO, is now accepting patients at FPG’s Jacaranda Family Practice in Venice from September 20 through November 5. Dr. Rapp will then be relocating to FPG’s new medical office building on the Sarasota Memorial Hospital – Venice Campus on November 8.
Dr. Rapp is a doctor of osteopathic medicine. She provides patient-centered, comprehensive care. Her expertise ranges from treating chronic conditions to promoting health through regular physicals and routine checkups. She specializes in managing multiple complex disease processes.
Dr. Rapp received her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL, in 2018. She went on to complete her internal medicine residency at Florida State University/Sarasota Memorial Hospital in Sarasota, FL, in 2021.
