Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is welcoming a new family medicine doctor to the health system’s First Physicians Group (FPG) network this week.
Alberto Arias, MD, will be joining Dr. Jessica Perez-Cardwell in accepting patients at FPG’s North Port Family Medicine practice.
Dr. Arias provides medical care for all ages. He utilizes his clinical expertise to manage acute and chronic medical conditions. He performs annual wellness exams, as well as comprehensive and preventative screenings. Dr. Arias is fluent in English and Spanish.
Dr. Arias is board certified in family medicine. He received his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. He completed his family medicine residency at Bon Secours Mercy Health-St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio.
